Reporting an incident

If you suspect ASF-side downtime is breaking partner traffic:

Capture the correlation ID of a failing request from your logs.
Email info@asf.org.au with the correlation ID, environment (sit / uat / preprod / prod), endpoint, and the timestamp window.
